The members of the Board of Trustees are a diverse and dedicated group of business and community leaders who provide oversight governance for The Walker School. The Board is primarily responsible for protecting and promoting Walker’s mission, including developing and refining the School’s strategic plan, maintaining relevance and vitality within the broader community and maintaining accountability for the financial stability and resiliency of the School. In addition to ensuring good stewardship of School resources, the Board hires and works collaboratively with the Head of School, who is in charge of day-to-day administration and operations. The Head of School is a non-voting member of the Board of Trustees.
